Zausan designs applications for mobile devices. The expansion of this sector, despite its youth, has been enormous in these last years, boosted by the business model adopted by Apple through its Apple-Store, the most recent Android-Market sponsored by Google, the Ovi Store of Nokia and the future alliance of operators to compete in this recent but promising market.
The gradual reduction of costs of the devices, with the inclusion of more and better sensors, coupled with the politics of the operators to obtain profit, not of the terminal, but of the consumptions, has democratized the use of such devices. This, joined to the fact that those devices combine high-speed data connections, mobile telephony, photo, video, accelerometers, compass, GPS, FM radio, etc, is what makes it especially attractive for content developers.

Z-ModPro is a software able to offer a complete and modular management of industrial installations in real time through mobile platforms. It owns groundbreaking advantages like the job safety application that is able to foresee potential risks using augmented reality, or the operation application that lets you know through the smart phone the present status of the facility in real time.
Z-Trans: Mobile Complete Solution to Manage Fleets.
Z-Trans is a modular complete software to manage fleets, that as a difference respect of other market solutions, includes in one and only portable device, the capacity to plan, guide, control and even attend to the users in case of accident.
Z-Tracer: Access Control, Location and Detection of Labour Accidents in the Installation.
Z-Tracer is a server-client software able to control access to the installation of people, vehicles and goods through NFC technology. It is also able to control in real time the location and to detect labour accidents, managing the emergency procedures.
Z-I.A.C. is a server-client system, designed to control the access to restricted areas for vehicles and people.
Through infrared cameras and own artificial vision algorithms, the system is able to detect vehicles and persons over the camera sorroundings and is able to count, determine the direction, read plates numbers, etc. Combining this technology with biometric sensors or card readers, and with contention elements such as barriers, doors, turnstiles, etc., Z-I.A.C. server implements the acces logic adapted to each client needs, conforming a complete access control system, robust, versatile and flexible.
Z-Learning: Development of multimedia contents aimed at education.
This emerging information society, driven by a vertiginous scientific progress and supported on the widespread use of powerful and versatile information and communication technologies (ICT), has transformed all areas of human activity.
Its effects are manifested remarkably in sectors such as manufacturing, design or engineering, but in Zausan we believe that it has not yet come to show their potential in the education field, regarding both the means used to carry out the teaching tasks and how to teach the subjects contents.
From this perspective, we believe that the learning environment should be reviewed completely, changing conceptually how we learn and are taught and adapting the infrastructure and means used for this purpose.
This gives us the opportunity to develop products with the aim to modify and adapt the teaching and learning method to the new technologies creating value through ICT.
Z-Health: Development of devices aimed at senior citizens.
The constant increase in life expectancy in what is called first world means that since the end of the XX century, the population group over 60 years old is growing spectacularly.
Recent demographic studies indicate that in the first two decades of the XXI century the growth of this group will tend to normalize, while the population over 80 years will be the one who take over on sustained growth.
These people will have a greater need for very specific goods and services related to their health, not just physical, requiring devices that will give them more autonomy, independence and quality of life, but also psychological, trying to feel themselves useful to society, sharing their experiences and knowledge or socializing to avoid loneliness and isolation.
Additionally, there will be greater demand for entertainment options to fill his spare time, coupled with the fact of having lower incomes than in their active period.
Zausan develops products designed to satisfy the needs of this group, in particular, those ones related to health, recreation, leisure and the need for household equipment, considering their consumer patterns and causes of dissatisfaction.
