2. Purpose of processing

The personal data provided through the contact form (name, email, subject and message) is processed for the sole purpose of handling and responding to the queries and information requests sent by the user.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the user's consent, given by ticking the acceptance checkbox and submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Data retention

Data will be kept for the time needed to handle the request and, thereafter, for the legally required periods. It will be deleted when no longer necessary for that purpose.

5. Recipients

Data will not be shared with third parties except by legal obligation. The form is processed on ZAUSAN's own server and the message is delivered by email through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), the email provider acting as data processor.

6. Users' rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting zausan [arroba] zausan.com , indicating the right they wish to exercise. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

The controller adopts the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
